    Big request for you, Gabe.
Can you do a skill breakdown for twist and catch moves? Hoping to get a twist and grab and move to a twist/release and catch next year.

I can do a lot of stuff on rope and fabric but for some reason I still can’t do a front balance

Hi is this possible on silks

It sure is! It's a bit more challenging grip-wise on silks due to the fabric being thicker but doable

Yes! I'm currently learning it on the silks, I do a bit more of a beat (longer, and it might be a different type of beat), but the principle of beating into front balance is the same. I haven't got it yet but I'm nearly there

I really prefer the silks but the rope is fine
