They usually just have to soften the volume for Ahyeon on the mv. In a live stage her soft mv adlibs are usually the main event on live stage. Watch the Making of Sheesh documentary episode 1. It shows how the girls organically tune to get the sounds the producer wants. Sing again and again and again in the production booth until they get the required vocal sound and drop that into the mv.
