It has A oldschool Barbershopy soapy aspect to it thats what I really like its mostly the Lavender and thr Galbanum that takes it in that direction! I love the drydown!
Spot on as always Marc! This is my second favorite from the brand after Amber Kiso... Couldn't get it out of my head after sampling and had to pull the trigger on a full bottle. Best saffron in the game!
Sounds good, even though I'm trying to eliminate redundancy in my collection, you never know when that small twist of a note will make you fall in love with a fragrance, even if the style is a recurrent theme by almost all houses. I will definitely get into this house, I liked what I've smelled so far, I have a hard time deciding where to begin with, and right now I have other fragrance priorities on my list 😁 but I will eventually get there. Thanks for another great and detailed Sampling Marc!!!
I actually really enjoy the use of non-white florals with those oud accords. Although I do think that the whole rose/saffron thing is a bit overdone. I wonder if anyone's tried doing a lilac-oud or violet-oud? 🤔 A bit of heliotrope in there for smoothness... 😆 Getting ahead of myself. Anyway, appreciate the breakdown Marc. Heard recently from Persolaise that Akro's Bake is a resounding hit. Can't wait for you to get your nose on that one.
Sounds interesting, I will definitely test this fragrance when I have a chance because I love Oud fragrances and the saffron realistic opening sounds promising.
The full reviews are being made at the moment but they do take time so I'm focusing on unboxing all the scents that I've been sitting on for a year and samples until I'm ready but yes Leather Oud needs a huge standalone review.
Sampled this a couple years ago almost blind bought it just because of the name, it's nice, but still sorta mehh, and also redundant for me, so it was a pass

What happened to your ferrari series videos?
series? Sorry not sure what you mean but I did standalone videos on all my ferrari scents.
Hi Marc, still hutrs to see your move just after application 😉
nothing wrong with a dabber to share the fragrance on my skin.
I see you’ve been reviewing ouds lately. Why not review Dior’s Leather Oud?
He already did
@@time_less9039 Where?

@@robes08 I’d love to know where you place Leather Oud in the spectrum of animalic fragrances. Looking forward to that review.
Sounds interesting
