      @ We’re heading to the folks. Prawn cocktail, joint of sirloin and I’ll be making individual apple crumbles. Keeping it simple this year.

    What kind of knife do you use? Can you recommend a good knife?

      For breaking down chicken or any other butchery you need a good boning knife, 6 inch blade by Victorinox or Global.
      For chopping, a chefs knife 8-10inch the same as the two brands as above. ☺️
