If Rosalia was a fast leveling hero this ability wouldnt be that bad. Still kinda dissapointed that they first introduced her as a hero that synergizes with aces and helis just to get 5% discount and faster fly speed on ability use and thats it. I love playing with her, but she needs a bit more to bring to the table.
whats the point of saving up 67000 to buy anti bloon round 100, first strike can easily give you enough damage for r100 and you could've helped out the 90s with that 60k

At least they didn't release a hero that's so broken that they beat CHIMPS with just a 000 dart monkey or could allow ouch to be beaten with 3 towers

tbh, it would've made more sense for it to give the discount to the flying fortress.
I think they just made the discount so vtsg is slightly cheaper if you wanna early game with rosalia and a specter or apache
