its an issue i have here in the academy as a coach + as an organizer since i was little... gathering us all by knocking on doors and to the field to gathering them all in online social apps into a list and then show up at the field. You always see players with amazing skills/ground skills and speed but the finishing is always a heartbreak, lol. I'd blame this on small posts than us all playing 11vs11 all the time though, lol.
