I think lumine should be a health inspector, seeing the various restaurants of teyvat and how well they follow the health standards and of course how delicious the food there. Maybe the guards are not at their top shape because the restaurants in teyvat gives them a bad stomach ache.
Well, restaurants are there for when you don't want the hassle of cooking your own food, so the restaurant shouldn't be affected too much by selling recipes and ingredients. There are actually some restaurants in real life that sell cookbooks, and there are also real life restaurant-delis, restaurants inside supermarkets, and market stalls that sell both raw ingredients and prepared food. Most restaurants in Teyvat are street food places that only sell a few dishes (even if they canonically serve more). Selling ingredients and recipes diversifies their business.

The reason mondstadt has so little knights/ guards are because Varka, the real head knight, took 80% of them on a expedition. He Cleary left the worst ones [and a few good ones] behind. lol 😂

8:15 it's worth mentioning here that the first time you will go through here, you can actually trigger a world quest (or part of a world quest, i don't exactly remember) where the guard will stop you from entering

One remark about Inazuma's guards, during the point in the Archon Quest where you're supposed to be getting training from Yae Miko, if the guards in the main city spot the Traveler, they realize who you are and attempt to capture you. The screen fades to black and the Traveler respawns elsewhere. So... yeah. Good at their job.
The guards actually do stop you if you're trying to enter the chasm! There actually is a cutscene dedicated to it. Tho, they quickly dismiss us due to us being commissioned to be there.

I mean, there are *so* many places with improper railings, no signage, poor lighting, massive falling hazards... the Khaenri'ah locations have literally molten metal that's just pouring out of some places, elevators have poor safety features, literally none of the ships have life jackets, there are loads of kids just wandering around (have you ever seen a kid in school or under *any* kind of adult supervision?)...
This blatant refusal to count the members of the Marechausse Phantom among Fontaine's guard is a clear sign of disrespect and discrimination. As an Inspector Inspector, those are severe infractions that *will* be counted against you.
Idea: Inspect how effective, safe, and overall architecturally smart the important buildings of each nation are. (Each one could have about three buildings) For example: Favonius Church, Knight of Favonius Headquarters, Dawn Winery, Northland Bank, Jade Chamber, etc.

Has anyone noticed there’s literally like 4 gaurds you can talk to in Court of Fontaine? I thought it was weird they added so little in Fontaine compared to other nations.
a big chunk of all military is in logistic. think about it, no food, no ammo = dead army... what an army can do, how far it can march, all depend on how good it logistic crew is. hence the saying "amateurs talk strategy, professionals talk logistics"(Bradley).
btw, mond, liyue and inazuman guards are fine, but we still could sneak past them in the facility brimmed with knights, and both cities with guards on every corner lmao
I think Diluc doesn't allow the knights at the winery for personal reasons and Diluc himself used to be a knight of Favonius that Jean looked up to so I think she's leaving winery security to him. The Akademiya does have the Matra which I think would count as a safety department? But you don't get to see them going around and being general public protection so I don't really know how they could be part of the scoring... Might have to bring the mercenary issues up with Cyno tho The other harbor in Fontaine (the first one that we got when Fontaine first came out) does have Baugette and she is the most hard working guard, but she might need a partner who can keep up with her better he does take good care of her tho
Beerevity is out here doing the work of a true archon. Making sure our roads are checked over, evaluating guards, and even looking into housing infrastructure!
you forgot a type of guard I think you need to rate them since there's a lot of them. Ruin guards, while thye are posted up everywhere they are pretty violent so it doesn't make you feel safe

Do the Chasm guards not stop you at first? The Traveler is on the Chasm whitelist after all the work they put in as part of the Chasm Exploration Team so it makes sense for them to know you're allowed in there.

Mondstadt has a ton of knights/guards in the city compared to the population though. They could spread some of them out on trade routes.

in fontaine's defense, you didn't inspect the melusine guards! they're a pretty big part of the defense as far as i'm aware.
I think the Melusine's should have counted for Fontaine since they're guarding the city as well.
