Everyone, try making it with leftover vegetables!
♤Ingredients:
1 potato
bacon or ham
1/4 onion
a little carrot
broccoli, etc.
Use the vegetables in the refrigerator!
cooking oil
1/4 teaspoon of salt
4~5 tbsp of water
♤Recipe:
1. Slice the potatoes thinly and place them in a bowl and pour 4 to 5 tablespoons of water.
2. Cover with plastic wrap, drill holes, and cook in microwave oven for 6 minutes.
3. Chop onion, carrot, broccoli and bacon into small pieces.
(It's good to use vegetable ingredients.)
4. Grease a pan and fry bacon.
5. Add onions and carrots and stir-fry together.
6. Add soft vegetables by the time the hard vegetables are done.
Stir-fry lightly.
7. Mash ripe potatoes, stir-fry ingredients, and mix with a little salt.
8. Grease a pan with enough oil and grill potato dough on top.
9. Press it flat and bake it until it's golden brown.
