Our Company exceeds 180 days + 90 days + 105 days stay period. Till date no clear picture. Last 8 months CIRP PERIOD salary pending, no clerity on Gratuity/Leave salary/ unpaid 2 years Bonus-Exgratia etc. who worked around 23 years in company. Most of the employees retirement stage where will get employment. Theory & Practical is different bhai.
