To be fair I expected my BTR to have shit tire wear but I’m still disappointed it didn’t make it past the semis. I thought about going with the Cerbera Speed 6 for this tournament but because it was about 2 seconds per lap slower than the BTR during my testing at El Capitan I ultimately went with that instead, with the total TVR domination that went on here though I feel like that was a mistake. Gg to everyone who competed though, glad I got to be a part of this tournament and I can’t wait for the next one.
The BTR has been my favourite car in this tournament, the way it goes for things which everyone else assumes is impossible. Shame the tyres gave up on it lol

I may be a bit disappointed with how it performed here but I’m still glad I chose it because it seems to be a crowd favorite among here and not to mention it’s such a cool ass car too (it was the fastest production car in the world until the Porsche 959 came out after all).
I think it's a shame that the GT4 Ai messed up so badly with my NSX. Well, the GT4 Ai isn't the best either, as we all know, but what the hell, the NSX was a beast and the fact that we made it this far without a spoiler was more luck than understanding and next time an NSX will be chosen again but this time we can do it it's safe to make it to the final.
NSX was holding the front of the pack for a good while but yeah in the long run, lack of grip was definitely noticeable. Still GG for getting to the semis and thanks for joining!
What we learned from todays race? MR, RR and 4WD sucks in tire wear, because in MRs and RRs engine is in the back so it wastes the rear tires very fast, while 4WDs waste their front tires because it's turning and accelerating with them at the same time, and you can guess what happens with FFs lol, so the cars that better use their tires are the FRs as they use their tires more equally, as the front tires are turning, and rear tires are accelerating, splitting the work between the front and the rear without overloading one or another
did you ever figure out who won between the Tuscan & Spirra? Either way, I'm really happy with how the TVR has been doing in the tournament for something with little downforce compared to the other cars
Sadly there’s no way to find out, but if I were to guess the Tuscan would have held out because it’s really good down the main straight. Still congrats for making it!
I propose a ban of TVR's in all future championships. I'm joking, of course. Anyhow, GGs to everyone who didn't make it into the finals, especially Zero, I really thought he would make it. P.s. You bet I'll choose a TVR for a future championship.

Yeah it’s gotta be something to do with the light weight, torquey engines and good grip while also not losing heaps of speed with downforce. Although stability seems to be their Achilles heel

My GT finished last, but I expected that. It's a shame, as with the nsx, that the AI doesn't manage the car and tyre wear very well. It should have stopped on lap 8 instead of continuing, and I also noticed after testing that my GT could reach 280kmh when I drove it on the straight, whereas the AI could barely reach 250kmh, so the AI made my car slow lol In conclusion, you have to take a tvr to win 😂 Anyway, well done to the 6 finalists!

My personal best highlight is Tuscan defending it's second place like a lion, manages to hold BTR and Series 1 this long. Spirra is just monster on this track. Zonda didn't make it, I suppose. But it had a good run, nevertheless. I just wonder how the finals gonna be. 3 TVR's and they are not going down that easily, RX-7, Shelby, and Spirra...Can't wait for it.

This is why i always start with the softer compound tyres in super long endurance because i know AI will start with Racing super hard. Just so my B spec drivers will get clean track ahead Currently doing this with "stock" R92CP on LeMans 2 and it works beautiful

Something kinda stupid about GT4 Ai. The overall speed increases the worse the tires get which means bad tires gets combined with reckless driving.
