- In his words, Yuen Biao believes there will never be another Bruce Lee again in our lifetime.

Ofcoarse there will never be another Bruce Lee. The guy accomplished SO many things in his day , he changed so many peoples minds, He impressed so many people . Im convinced that in my life there will never be anyone that has the magnitude of impact as Bruce had, 40 Years from now ........ People will still know who Bruce Lee was. THAT is the stuff legends are made of.

This guy was good. The first movie he lead as the star was The Champion. I watched it. He twirled 2 nunckuks and was quite good to. He was Jackie Chan and Samu Hong in some movies too of course.

I met Sifu Yuen Biao once upon a time in Las Vegas!
We took pictures together with my friends.
Officer Eric Quach and Dr. Derek Hui was in the photos.
Sifu Yuen Biao is also a devout Tibetan Buddhist.
He also speaks Toisan Chinese which is a Hoy Ping dialect.
I did not know that Sifu Yuen Biao was working with Sifu Bruce Lee.
Wow.
There are many other Peking Opera acrobats that work with Sifu Bruce Lee as well.
Sifu Bruce Lee came from an Opera family perhaps the Peking Opera family.

Yuen Biao was an incredible stuntman. I loved so much what he did with Jackie and Sammo in Project A. the Golden Era.
Yuen one of my favorites.
I remember when I was 4-5 years old I watched a movie including some really fascinating and captivating fighting scenes which was probably the first movie including martial arts scenes I've ever watched but as I live in Iran and watched the movie on a VHS without any title and since I was only 4, I never knew the title of movie. As I grew up I watched more movies including Bruce Lee's and it didn't took me so long to realize that Bruce was the best martial artist ever lived. Some day I was watching the Big Boss that some of fighting scenes of the movie I had watched in my early life sprang to my mind and I started asking my older brothers about the movie and if it was possible to find and watch it again, but it was like 14-15 years later and they couldn't even remember what I was talking about. There was no internet available back then and I also didn't know much English, so it took me quite a while to find the movies title first and then to find the movie itself. That was Righting Wrongs and I'd say it's one of my favorite movies of all time. Not just because of this great man, but also because of Cynthia Rothrock who is one the best female martial artist in movie industry at least. And now I'm watching this for the first time and it feels strange man. All those good memories comes to the mind, frame by frame! Thanks for the upload.

Subtitles say Bruce Lee but Yuen says Lei siu long (little dragon). Love it.

Yup, Yuen Wah had the physique to double for Bruce when he was young. For your reference, Yuen Wah was the funny bad guy in Eastern Condors who wore glasses, used a fan and smokes a cigar while fighting Yuen Biao. He also played the role of the Tai Chi Master husband of the landlady in "Kung Fu Hustle".
Nobody said Yuen Biao was Bruce Lee's double. You mistaken him with Yuen Wah.

you'd know him if you were into HK martial arts films. He's not as big a name as Donnie Yen, Jackie Chan, or Jet Li, but he has skill and talent.
Yuen Biao, Jackie Chan and Sammo Hung were 3 of the most popular kung fu stars in Hong Kong Cinema back in the 80s and early 90s. They were the Hong Kong cinema equivalent of what Arnold, Stallone and Van Damme were to Hollywood in the 80s and 90s. Except, unlike Arnie, Sly and JC, they starred in a lot of movies together during the height of their popularity. which made their films into spectacular ensemble movies that were a lot of fun to watch.
Mukticuktural phenom is Bruce lee. How can you be like Bruce lee is he was a pioneer in Kungfu movies. He was first. Thats it.

Of course he must say that. Otherwise he would be hated. Bruce would have no chance against modern fighters like Donnie Yen or Scott Adkins or Sammo Hung.
Bruce died young, this is why he will ever stay number one.
uh well that's not exactly a fair comparison. bruce was to up date on all the martial arts in his time.
basically you're saying bruce is not able to adapt if given the time and opportunity to do so. sammo hung is from bruces time and we saw his choreography and skill improve over time. donnie is young enough to be bruce lee's son and we see donnie style change over time from the 1980s to now. scott adkins is the youngest of the 3 you mentioned and he would be up to date on the current stuff because he's still young enough. he's only 45 years (born 1976) of course if you were to take a bruce lee from 1973 to fight modern mma and such of course he's a man out of time.
