If product management solves user needs then what careers are more aligned with being innovative and creating unique solutions for those users?
I was hoping product roles were more innovative and creative but I’m noticing a lot of busy work and management around minutiae.
I’m use to delegating or hiring people to support trivial tasks and it seems like in product the PO’s and PM’s are the ones to contribute to those tasks to get them done.
What other product roles might fit my needs more without having to worry about being hands on for the every day big and small tasks?
    I hope this makes sense.

I think I’m seeking non contributor roles in product, but I don’t know what they are or how to enter those roles especially since people are strict at times on the product hierarchy.

      Great comment!
Maybe UX/UI is more creative why still solving user needs?
