Blues is the best kind of music there is I remember listening to the blues on my transistor radio when I was a kid and I was suppose to be sleeping. I will be 67 this year and the music never gets old.

In the early 60's we lived around the corner from a "juke joint" n we had to pass by it whenever we went places. We had no automobile, therefore we walked everywhere we went, which was either, to school, to church, or downtown. So when we passed by this club, they were mostly always playing "Sweet Sixteen", or something. I wasn't listening to the words at that age, all I heard was those GUITARS TALKING, n I just loved that sound. The best part is:Whenever we passed by that club, n I heard one of my favorite songs on the jukebox, I would ask my mom if I could cross over on the other side of the street, so that I could WALK DIRECTLY in front of the club,😊 n she would. Even at that young age, the blues would move you, n I've been listening, n loving the blues EVERY since. Be safe, stay safe.
This blues reminds me of a dear friend who decided to leave this world some time ago, despite the fact that I miss him very much, I keep the best memories of him and to continue fighting life.
