    i really love these kind of videos. extremely helpful. thank you. Also, i don't mind the video being lengthy as there's a lot of thorough explanations of all the scenarios. giving run downs of all possible options, even some i wouldn't have even thought of, to then figure out which is best.

    Thank you for this. This is one of the best guides on ranked play I have seen. I agree with your tips and thoughts. From my mostly solo experience in ranked, I can confirm that it’s extremely important to learn how to rapidly make strong, strategic decisions based on how your team is positioned and where the enemy is.

    This video highlights one of my biggest issues with ranked team mates.
    Even as part of a party or solo, team mates constantly think about their life and their fights only. I never run into a team mate that will watch over the map to try and cover for me or other team mates. I never run into a team mate whose ears perk up when im getting shot or when a team mate is getting shot.
    I never get a team mate that thinks to pivot and around the map in the opposite direction to the OBJ.
    And i have certainly never seen a team mate that cares about damage or assists. On Recharge and Streets I will back and get shots into enemy players as they are running to fight my team mates. The end result is usually 3 assists for myself.

    This is really helpful stuff, I've not played ranked since S1 and somehow I got myself to diamond back then. Now I'm trying to get back into things and I'm having to really derust and get back into the groove, hearing stuff like it's okay to not move is helpful. I've noticed quite a lot of people tend to come off of spawn and immediately sprint towards the obj whether that's hill, ball or extract and then they get pissed off because they're running in there alone against a setup since the rest of the team is down and I'm thinking to myself we can't just run in there off spawn or else we'll just keep dying, so it's really validating to hear a professional say that you don't always need to be sprinting headlong at obj.

    That's the one thing that really irritates me, when you playing a random game with random people, and you're getting shot. You're laying shots on them as well and then when you die and you look. And there's a teammate right beside you who didn't shoot his damn gun once. So infuriating I could have lived and we got the extra kill.

    I think the biggest issue with my gameplay is not anticipating spawns. I feel like I’m constantly getting spawned behind on. Like I take 5 steps off spawn and there’s someone already shooting me in the back. This happens constantly, im assuming a lot of it has to do with the fast pace movement and flow of the game but I die wayyyy more than I should because of this. I’ve been playing halo competitively since H3 and have never felt such lack of awareness. Can’t just be me right?

    At around 45 minutes you have camo and kill one and get damage on the second but die. You wanted to get FierceElite to move faster out of top tower but wasn’t he watching the map ready for team fire and ready to clean up kills? I would have thought to stay top tower

    • @Biobeatboxmusic
      @Biobeatboxmusic 11 месяцев назад

      That's why he said it was OK but could have been much better. Power in numbers in that situation. Reacting quickly to power positions was the point here and the guy cleaned up the kills instead of potentially getting the kills and keeping camo by getting involved. This was almost adjacent to baiting the camo player which is almost sinful haha.
