@@codewithbubb yes i meant a series of interview questions that have been asked for Javascript interview and if possible can you try to explain the interview question with answers.
Did you initially start with PHP then? What was the deciding factor in moving to JavaScript? I am undecided between learning Laravel or Node? I have tried them both, and I really enjoy Laravel, but I think Node has more opportunities?
Hey Sean, I actually started with Java back when I was in University (and a language called BASIC when I was a kid). To be honest though, I kinda lost interest in coding when I left University and didn't pick it up again until about 15 years later! Then yes, I did a bit of PHP - I had a job supporting Wordpress, Drupal and other open source platforms that are all built on PHP so kinda learnt it as I went along. I think the decision between Laravel, Node or some other back-end technology really depends on two things: a) what you're interested in and what you find a natural fit for your programming style b) what jobs in your local area (or intended area of work) are looking for For example, it's no good learning PHP extensively if all the jobs you're going to be looking at applying for are looking for .NET developers. I'm making the assumption here that you're looking to find work as a developer. I would spend a bit of time looking at both technologies and make a decision based on the two points above. Hope that helps.
@@codewithbubb Thanks for the detailed reply. You have had quite a journey. I am quite late to Web Development, and at 35 I feel like maybe the React, Node market may be a little saturated with the cool kids, or looking for degrees as pre - requisites? I have decided to just concentrate on JavaScript for now anyway. But thanks for the advice. Appreciated. 👍
No problems. I wouldn’t worry about saturation. There didn’t seem to be a shortage of positions when I look around for work. Think I was 34 when I got my first web dev job. Being a bit older has it’s advantages (experience, maturity, personal skills etc.) too so you’ve got something to offer that the cool kids don’t 😎
I am in final year of my degree now and aced through all these questions, but have major doubts on if I will get a job at the end of my degree for a junior position. how can I get ahead from the position I am in?

No problem. How did you get on?
Its really great, but if you can continue as series, that would be good for us
Hi Kovendan, do you mean a series of interview questions that people have been asked or just general help with interviews?
