JUST DO IT! It's hard at first, but remember that you didn't get out of shape overnight, so you won't get in shape overnight. But keep at it and be patient with yourself! Even just one of my 10-minute workouts each day will make a difference!

10 minutes? Why not go for a 15 minute workout I thought, but barely half way in this and I legit died. This makes you sweaty and gets that heart rate soaring. I felt the burn. Red hot!

Hi Kuznetsov! I never ever count calories, and I advise that you give every workout 100% - as long as you put all your effort into it, there is no need at all to worry about calories-burned. My HIIT and cardio will burn more, yes, but I want you to re-train your brain on that one, and remember that everyone's body, metabolism, fitness level.. EVERYTHING is unique so you'd need a device to even estimate calories burned. Hope this help, thanks for following my channel! 😍💪❤️

just chill It is. It tones the whole body. It also burns fat throughout the body because it’s not possible to spot reduce fat.
