- A Short Video To Show You How To Easily Change The Headlight Bulb On The Volkswagen Polo AW MK6 2017+
Filmed over locked last year (Hence on a driveway with wind noise everywhere) we show how to remove the headlights from the Polo to allow you to easily replace the bulbs to something a bit better!
For this particular upgrade we went with some H7 Philips DiamondVision Bulbs (5000k)

If you keep your lights on “auto” it should do it on its own.
is it H7 for both bulbs - as one is for main beam?
Hi I see this bulb is 5000K from Philips. If I was to get a different company bulb would it be less whiter even though it’s 5000K?
Hey just a question. In Denmark i cant fit led light into a halogen fitting. Thats illegal -.- But ive found some nice cool halogen, the philips ones as well. Do you know if the high beam function is built into the bulb? Or is that a different bulb?
Yes it’s a different bulb on the Polo AW.

Awesome video, I would also love a video o how to remove the fog incase of a repair. My fog light has water damage and I would like to replace it but I can't seem to find any video on how to remove the whole fog light.
If I ever decide to change the Fog Lights I will try and do a video.

Do you know by chance also how to swap the bulbs for the fog lights?
You should be careful changing halogen to LED bulbs is illegal in the uk and if the MOT inspector spots it he will fail you (unless you bought a new headlamp unit). Also, the bulbs he used in the video are not road legal in the UK either!

Second I highly doubt this since I literally have the vw oem led headlights…
@@gymweeb9229 Fair enough I just assumed cause the tutorial is for the halogen unit. I just wanted to be helpful to a fellow polo owner because these mistakes can happen.
