This video was produced so well that at first I thought it was an advertisement directly from the company 😂 Great review and production. I’m definitely going to purchase as a result of this review.
Great review..note..the longer straps on waste belt is for winter camping with coats ect.. also you can roll up extra bands using ranger bands to keep them out of the way.
Wow, great in-depth review. Thank you for covering so many bases and having such a clear, concise, well organized video, including details in the description and even when navigating forward or backward through the video. I wish everyone could be so professional!
I’ve used mine four times, and couldn’t find a routing for the hydration bladder hose that I liked. But your video points out the hole where it’s supposed to go! D’oh! Thank you! I know you don’t love water bladders, but I’m used to them, and I’m glad to have a spot to carry 2l of water with this pack now! Thanks!
This is a really great review that went through all the bonuses of the product and negatives. Thank you for a great job and for helping me in my purchasing process.
@@johncamera602 if you can, divide your game in game bags and let them hang overnight in camp, makes for less weight and mess in the pack. Then pack in plastic bag in the pack, large trash bag is fine. Yes I recommend the pack 100% just make sure you use the hip belt. What I like most about the pack is the shoulder straps. They are not directly connected to the pack. It's a separate harness system, made for adjustability but very durable. Have fun.
One quick thing, I don’t think the main compartment is 65L. I could be wrong but I heard somewhere that the outside pockets are counted into the capacity so the main area may more like 55-60L
Just a heads up. Mine arrived damaged. I contacted Teton about the lifetime warranty and they told me that if you live outside of the United States you have to pay for shipping... which was $150usd. Pretty scummy move considering they include the lifetime warranty as a selling point outside of the United States.
Can you tell me the difference between the Explorer 4000 and the mountain Adventurer 4000? I can't find a comparison video is the Mountain Adventure higher-quality better pack
I think so, yeah. It's very spacious, durable, and comfortable, which is especially important for new thruhikers. It's a bit heavy, but in my opinion, that doesn't matter too much.

Your honest review earned my sub.
I've had this pack for years. Last month I stuffed a deer into it. LoL
I'm thinking about buying this pack for packing deer off the mountains also and carrying my gear. Do you recommend it?

Thanks for the info, you're made up my mind. Going to order it.
Excellent review. Leaning heavily towards this pack now. Thank you!
This is a great review! Just got one from Amazon to use on 1,2 day hiking camping trips

Sadly- I won’t be worried about the waist straps. Lol. Great review. I think I will be purchasing Teton upgraded version though.
Honestly, it's a minor issue anyway. Which model do you mean exactly? Currently testing the teton 3700 as well.
It’s Teton “ultralight” ...not sure what the name is exactly but it’s apx $144.
Good review. Just ordered one.
What are the loops at the bottom of the pack for? There are little holes in them as well in the bottom of the mesh water pockets
Can you tell me, is the sleeping bag compartment at the bottom supposed to have a gap on each side where the zipper does not connect?
Thanks mate definitely subscribed!
