I think that the gameplay changes only came, because we complained a lot about how the Ballon d'Of nominees couldn't outplay consistently defenders with 0-1 PS+ and mid to high 80's in the pace department. So, to hype the community, and incentivise expending, they gave 3 PS+ to TOTY cards, and "fixed" the gameplay. P.S. I still don't know why the removed our capability to move the GK when double tapping Y/Triangle, and, why the GK freezes when we move him with the analog stick, and, I genuinely prefer how the players moved with the ball on the feet on FC 24 than, FC 25. The movement was so sluggish before the patch, that I still feel it sometimes, like when our player forget the ball and move forward, but AIwise, we're at a better place than last year, right now.
Biggest problem this year again is broken evos I see no point in expensive SBCs when i have nico avalanche, Toty blueprint dembele, Toty Evo Saliba and now Theo LB Evo people would rather gamble with fodder than do overpriced stuff
This isn’t a problem, at least for the players. Having great evos means that we have more options for who to put into our team, while your favorite player might never get a sbc in the entire year. I think this is also great from ea’s perspective because I assume that many people are spending fc points on the evos.
the guy who says : the game is back to normal is correct - the game moved great 2 days only - since day 3 the speed its gone and only some parts of that great update still works - about 30% at max .. try them JFC and tell us your opinion later
I think the reason EA kept the gameplay slow is because of $$$. EA wants you to think you can only have good gameplay when you have the best players constantly having you chase the new promo cards.
That's a fact , a lot of friends don't play the game anymore. Since November. Gameplay was too horrible and scripting DDA bulshit next level. People are fed up with the gameplay issues.
JFC, Taking my victory lap about Reiten! Up to 3 mil already. I got her for 2.33m. She might have a 2.7-2.8m buy window during content to 4hours after for anyone looking for her- she's amazing.
Its redic the amount of games you need to play like everyone has 0 life. 15 friendlies/cup, 7 rivals games, 12 squad battles games, rush games, 10 champs THEN add on evo games. Cant remember the last time i played a game just to play it, its always to complete some objective or evo. On that note paid evo's should be instant as you paid, why do i want to then play 15 games to get a +2 on top! all evos should be max 5 games. it's just so tedious atm
Im not even doing that toty evo. 4 days to get 15 wins? Hell no. Some people work and have a life outside of video games. I can only play 1 hour a day.
I was playing the obj when it was 2 goals so i wasnt leaving i wanted my evo and be done with it. Some guy was playerlocking and had the audacity to pause and message me saying its friendlies cuz he wanted me to leave 😂😂. Imagine playerlocking and telling someone its friendlies
I did endrick as a toty blueprint and I already had powershot+ and I was ok with giving up on finesse+ for it. The thing is that after the full evo I didn't even get silver finesse.
People getting crazy over this “new” patch while forgetting how ridiculous the hole situation is. They’ve just sent us back to the old fifa’s horrible gameplay since the “new” game was so bad. The hole point of a new game is to deliver a better experience.
Praising EA for “fixing” something so bad is not okay, the game being so crap for sooooo long is not acceptable for a franchise such as FC.. also yes the gameplay feels slow again and as i cam see i am not the only one here 😂

Most people do evos on their favorite players and not overpowered ones so🤷♂️

As someone who plays NBA 2k, I promise you the online lag/choppy gameplay will be miles worse with them.
The defending is totally destroyed by the latest patch. Every game score like 6/6 7/8 10/12 goals.
