I love that shirt!!! Looking forward to your thoughts on the Hendrix book - personally I DNF'd it but I know there's a ton of people who enjoyed. And glad you're getting to Amy's series too, she did a fantastic job 💜
Frankenturkey!!!!! Please read it! It’s so so so cute. I’m reading it again this weekend along with Frankenturkey II for the first time. Also planning on reading Silent Night 2 next month. I had a great time reading Served Cold last year, loved it. Happy reading, Zach! 📚📚
@@amanda_c. Wow we have so much reading in common I love it!! I actually think I might do a reading vlog on thanksgiving and read frankenturkey :) Shh don’t tell anyone though it’s a secret!
What a great list! You sure are keeping busy. I like the authors sending you their books. {I'm thinking about sending you a book or two someday, even though they are not exactly "Shadyside" types.} Oh, and I like your FLEECE NAVIDAD shirt.
@@rayboydstun1626 Thanks! I sure am staying busy… November has been a great reading month for me! But I’m going to have to continue the grind if I want to put a dent in this stack of books! Feel free to add to it but don’t expect me to read it right away haha!
Love the shirt!! Also, that’s a great list of books to read before the end of the year. Added a couple of them to my TBR for next year. 😂 I personally only have 6 books left that I want to read. Five of them are short MM Christmas Romance books. And then the last one is Wind & Truth by Brandon Sanderson.
@@MSMDragon Thanks! 6 is probably a better number… I get a little ambitious sometimes 🥴 Brandon Sanderson is an author I’ve always wanted to give a shot but am afraid to make the plunge. Maybe one day.
n0s4a2 was my first Joe Hill book and remains my favorite. I think you will like it. Frankenturkey sounds like a great time. Hope you are able to make a dent in your 10 before the end!
Awesome List! NOS4A2 is my favorite Joe Hill and I hope you have a blast! It is big but I think you will fly through it. Some of those middle-Grade covers are so creepy. I have Poking Holes on my kindle, definitely want to read it in 2025. I will look out for Served Cold, sounds great. Happy reading.
I need to read Fourth Wing as well. I finally jumped on the band wagon too lol. I don’t like ACOTAR myself. That’s what kept me from reading fourth wing. I really liked NOS4A2 myself. He does write a lot like his Dad. I also loved how to sell a haunted house. Maybe you’ll like it. Loved this. Can’t wait to see what you read.
@@christirandazzo3769 I am in the same boat with Fourth Wing lol. Glad you enjoyed N0S4A2 and how to sell a haunted house! I can’t wait for those! They’re both quite long though…
How wonderful to read a book written by a friend! I will be getting that on payday. You do choose some great stories! I can send you over a couple of Christopher Fowler books to try out if you have a PO box or safe-address for fanmail?
Wow you have lots of reading to do lol, but great list. I remember Cameron Chaney mentioned The Forsaken Boy a while back in one of his videos and he really liked it so I've been having it on my tbr & hoping to read it soon. I read Fourth Wing back in January and really liked it but haven't gotten to the sequel yet so I'll try to read it before the third book comes out. Love your Christmas shirt!
You've got some reading ahead of you. I haven't read Faces in a Window, but I have read Oliver's Shaded Grove and it was so good. I can't recommend Mina and the Undead enough!
I read N0S4A2 a long time ago and I remember thinking it was good/decent; nothing I loved but it was fine enough. Night of the Living Mummy is in contest with Scariest Book Ever as my favorite House of Shivers book so far. And Poking Holes is a particularly disturbing piece of literature and a great debut by Juan. I even skipped the first couple of short stories in the book, per Juan's warning, but at that time I was pretty new to more transgressive fiction. I definitely want to go back and read the full book now, though I am sure it will still be an unpleasant experience! Lol
@@Monsterblood Good to know!! I’m definitely liking the house of shivers series so far. And yeah… I’m a little terrified of poking holes but I figured why not give it a whirl. A little exposure therapy never hurt nobody 😂
I’ve added a few of these too my TBR. You absolutely must read the Silent Night books they are a lot of fun.
@@Charlie91xo I’ve read the first one but just never finished the trilogy! They’re pretty wild! I hate Reva though!!
Love this lineup! Thank you so much for including Mina.
@@AmyMcCaw Absolutely! I got a little glimpse of your writing when reading Lurking in the Dark and now you’ve got me intrigued!
