Also, in heavy rain & colder weather you can try to keep your mask on. By keeping it on (even in the staging area, in between points, matches, etc) the lens will acclimate/change its temperature to what you & your face is putting out. Which will make it fog less. You can also invest in a fan that can mount onto/into your mask. Some like the old "fanz" are universal and still available online but usually run around $45 plus or minus. You'll want to avoid using "defogger" solutions (scuba types & ones for paintball) on duel paned lenses unless you test them 1st or know that they will not damage the lens. (There is usually some type of anti-fog coat on most duel paned lens that can start flaking & whatnot with certain chemicals.) As usual, Thank you for all your great vids & I love your head gear!
Hey Greg I live near Orlando and haven’t really found a field that I enjoy going to I’ve been to Warrior Sports Park and it’s okay but not enough people go for it to be fun and competitive it’s usually just a lot of rentals. I’ve also been to Orlando paintball but I really don’t like that the refs don’t play on the field and they count bounces which is the weirdest thing I’ve never known a place to do that and their speedball field is sand. I want to try going to central Florida paintball this weekend but was curious how was the experience for walk ons there?
I am near sighted but can see well enough for playing without glasses. There is a company that sells prescription glasses that clip into your mask. I think it also comes down to what mask you use with how comfortable glasses will be. Sorry I can’t help more :/
I haven't tried it on paintball masks, but do it on my airsoft masks using a diving anti fog it helps with fogging a lot. Also spitting on your lenses, and wiping it around) and washing it off with water helps with fog(its obviously kind of gross though).
Yea the spit treatment is good for like snorkeling and diving masks. A good thermal lens should do the trick. I can’t vouch for the spit treatment for a paintball mask is all.
I love the look on my gear but i wear a helmet to complete it and i know that makes it fog and trying to find the solution to stop it fogging while having the helmet on, anyone have any solutions?
@howtoplaypaintball yeah I have a dye i5 bought it black so comes with that i5 lens it's only when I wear the helmet it fogs up as sometimes I wear a hat but doesn't complete the look the same
@@Brychan_Llyr it’s probably blocking the venting at the top so it’s just trapping heat and moisture. You could maybe look into other headgear options or you may need to modify the helmet to allow airflow.
Another great vid!! Knowledge is a powerful tool, Watch, Learn, Win!
Thanks for the love :)
How To Play Paintball gred you got a few shots on the neck don’t like those ouch

I’d still try to bring some friends along but I don’t think it’d be an issue walking on.
Appreciate the response! Unfortunately I can’t convince the friends I do have to play haha but I’ll be there Saturday
@@codypike6698 Hey man how old are you? I live in that area and go there too if you want to go sometime.
do you have any tips for people that wear glasses under their masks? can't get contacts sadly.

@@howtoplaypaintball Yeah my glasses fit fine under the mask, however they fog like crazy under the mask
I think there are anti-fog sprays that help for glasses but I haven’t used any to be able to recommend any.
get the empire evs, mask is further from face and ha great fov lens

Also thats an old diver trick! May be gross but it works 😉
Never worn anything else but my dye i4 has never fogged, it uses the same lenses as the i5
Yea the same lenses for a Vio work for the CMD also. It’s great when companies make them compatible for multiple masks!
AAAAAAAAAAAND II SET FIIIIIREEEEEEE TO THE RAIIIIIIIIN!!!!!!!!!!!🤣 i really dont like playing on the rain but it is what it is, the show most go on
Haha!
Ok for those wearing glasses what are the best way to dont have any fogs
The lens or your glasses themselves?
Silica gel mouthguard. Figured it out.

what do you mean?

@@Brychan_Llyr make sure you have a thermal lens. It’ll help mitigate the fogging.

@@howtoplaypaintball I've been looking around best I've found without and antifog unit is dish soap and anti fog wipes
@@Brychan_Llyr I personally wouldn’t use those unless you know 100% it won’t affect the integrity of the lens.
The question here is, are those hickeys or paintball shots on your neck lol
LOL yea it was getting shot before I had filmed.
I’m just here to say PAINT BALL SUCKS AIRSOFT FOR LIFE BRO 😎!!!!!!
