대전 정동은 인근 소제동과 같이 도시재생지역으로 선정되어 2025년까지 공공주택을 건설 한다고 합니다.1940년대 건물도 볼수 있지만 곧 골목길은 사라질것입니다

정동은 지난해 4월 국토부, 대전시, 동구, LH, 도시공사가 `대전역 일원 쪽방촌 도시재생방안' 추진 공동발표에 이어 지난달 공공주택지구 및 도시재생뉴딜 선도지역으로 지정됐다.
이번 기본협약을 통해 정동 공공주택사업의 원활한 사업수행과 협력체계를 구축해 2025년 입주를 목표로 사업을 추진 합니다.

Jeong-dong was designated as a public housing district and a leading area for the Urban Regeneration New Deal last month after the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport, Daejeon City, Dong-gu, LH, and urban corporations jointly announced the'Urban Village Urban Regeneration Plan in Daejeon Area' in April of last year.
Through this basic agreement, we are promoting the business with the goal of moving in by 2025 by establishing a smooth business execution and cooperation system for the Jeong-dong public housing business.

The location is 127°14'-127°33' east longitude and 36°10'-36°29' north latitude. It covers an area of 539.98 square kilometers and has a population of 1.58,775 (as of 2015). There are 5 districts and 79 administrative dongs (177 legal dongs) as administrative districts. The city hall is located in Dunsan-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon.

골목이 다니시는 분들이 추억의 거리가 될만한 곳인데 재건설한다고하니
이제 그 골목에 다녔던사람들의 추억의 거리는 사라지는거네요
그래서 그런지 동네 사람이 없으니 왠지 쓸슬하게 보이네요
유친님 덕분에 대전 어느 추억의 골목이 사라지기전의 모습을 보게 되네요
풀청으로 응원하고 갑니다
추억이라기 보다 중장년 여성 성매매의 소굴로 전락한지 오랜데 지금은 거의 초토화된걸로 알고있습니다.

Its sad to see people that live in homes in these conditions without proper roofing. The building looks worn down and moldy. It reminds me of the poor houses from the movie Parasite.

하늘의 구름이 흐린거 같으면서 독특하네요^^ 구름과 풍경이 어우러져서 분위기가 너무 좋아요^^
특히 맘에 드는 부분은 마을미술프로젝트 인데요. 삭막해보일 수 있는 벽에 그림이 있어서 분위기가 더 살아나는거 같아서 좋아요 ^^
