    मैं एसिडिटी से पिछले २ साल से जूझ रहा था साथ ही मुझे एंक्साइटी हो गई थी मेरी एसिडिटी को ठीक करने के लिए मैंने दारू पीना बंद किया अब अब ठीक है
    परंतु मुझे पैनिक अटैक आ रहे थे ज्यादा सोचने के कारण २ साल बाद फिर मैंने अनुलुम विलोम, भ्रामरी, उदगीत, उज्जाई प्राणायाम किया भाईयो मां कसम पहले दिन से ७०% फरक पड़ा है
    अब मैं बाहोट खुश हु❤

      ५. घर पे आके आवला पावडर और मिश्री साथ में मिला के लो
      ६. अनुलोम विलोम करो १० मिनिट
      ६. भारमरी
      ७. उदगीत
      ८. भसत्रीका
      ९. खाना जीतना हो सके चबा चबा के खाओ एकदम पानी समान
      १०. पानी ४ लीटर पीयो
      फरक ना पड़े तो शर्त है

    Doctor Saheb, I am very thankful to you that after watching your videos, I am able to come out of severe anxiety to some extent through CBT practice. For the past 10 days, I was feeling as if my mind had gone out of control. My mind was controlling me as per its wish. I was afraid of going mad. I was not able to understand anything, but my morale has increased a lot due to positive thoughts through CBT.

      Bro ये एंजाइटी नही है ये सिर्फ डर है । इसको tm आराम से ठीक कर सकते हो पहले हमको भी ऐसा होता था । सुबह उठो और सरीर को थkao ताकि tumhara बॉडी रिलेक्स करने को मांगे । sam को भी दौड़ सकते हो । फिर पिटी करो और देखो पहला दिन से ही नींद आने लगेगा

    Sir मैं UPSC Student हू मुझे study करते समय एक विचार आया और मैंने उस विचार को भूलने की कोसिस करने लगे जितना भूलने की कोशिश करते थे वो उतना ही दिमाग में बैठ गया
    .... और धीरे धीरे दिमाग में ये बैठ गया है की जब मैं study करूंगा तब तब मेरे दिमाग में वही विचार आएगा ,, और मेरा मन study से दूर हो जाएगा 😢
    इसको Exam, interview, se bhi तुलना कर दिए हैं की एग्जाम के time याद आएगा और एग्जाम nhi de paunga 😭😭😭 मैं पूरा डर गया हु ,, plz इसपर वीडियो बना दीजिए ,,, मैं डिप्रेशन में hu
    Mera focus Padayi pe nhi lag raha hai 🙂 iska koi medicine bhi hai jo exam ke time mujhe sant rakhe,,mera pura confidence nichhe gir gaya hai aab aaisa lag raha hai UPSC to dur ek छोटा exam bhi nhi निकलेगा,,, क्युकी मुझे एग्जाम से डर गया हु ऐसा लग रहा है जैसे जब हम exam देंगे तब मेरा मन में गलत विचार आएगा और वही दिमाग में धस जायेगा तो exam me focus nhi kar payenge
