This was an actual web redemption. The person actually got to explain why the video seemed insane, and came across as a likeable dude who's comfortable in front of the camera.

Word, that's always been my favorite of these segments. For as mean as he can be in the show and his comedy, he is always good spirited and sincere with his guests. It's fucking cool!

I am both happy and sad that chef Mike made it onto the show. I’ve loved the chef Mike vids for years, and to see him get any kind of recognition is cool. Right, like, he’s brought me some joy, so I hope this brought him some joy.
On the other hand, those were my guilty pleasures. Bringing it up every odd few months, and showing it to some new friend; always a gamble of will they, or won’t they, climb aboard the fun bus.

I was already thinking how this must not have been what the producer's and Daniel thought it would be, lol.
1st the guy was so much more normal than he seemed in the video. 2nd, it seems so much more normal now that we know it was for an image stock company. 3rd, 'two-time personal chef' was a hilarious misunderstanding, but nothing more. 4th, even the sweating made some sense.

this was the first one i've seen that seemed like a legitimate redemption since the context that they added ended up completely changing my opinion

In Michael's defense: Most people would just use mozzarella while a cheese combo can take it to the next level. Also, it's easier to see proportions when someone shows you.
Its better with just mozzarella and maybe a sprinkly of parm... provolone doesn't belong on a pizza it's a cheap filler...
