fyi, 143 was old texting short hand for "I love you" bc the # of letters in each word is 1, 4, and 3. So the song's about the confusion of having romantic feelings for the first time and not really knowing what to do about it. And of course, when Stray Kids make their first title track about falling love they turn it into a hilarious literal investigation of the new emotion. Bc that's how SKZ do it lol.

I don't think it had to do with a physical key you just count the letters in I love toy

@@courtneyross5276 this shorthand developed back when phones and pagers had a physical keyboard that was just numbers, so typing out words with it was really tedious and ppl would use digits to represent common phrases instead.
Yea when beepers were used before cellphones oh the old days lol. Yea Henry Lau of Super Junior M had a solo song called 143 back in the day feat Amber Liu from girl group FX back in 2013 that's still a bop I still listen to it now.
The beginning of Case 143 has a lot of references to the movie The Shining

Felix and bangchan is Australian but they learned Korean I don't know who taught them Korean but I think it was the other boys and the other boys are Korean but they learned English I think that Felix and bangchan learned the other boys English

Bang Chan knew both English and Korean from childhood. I think his family spoke both languages. So he can write lyrics in both languages.
Felix learned Korean only after moving from Australia.
I was kinda confused on how a Stay didn’t know the meaning of Case 143 when they said it multiple times… the album came out last year
