I like this version of the Cadet 3. I had a 2008 one in round bowl. I love the vintage sounding flush. However, the tank kept coming loose and had to replace it
I know most toilet enthusiasts in the toilet community don’t like this toilet I’ll consider this toilet decent and has great performance I like this toilet and has good performance when it flushes
Not a bad toilet! I agree it looks like the logo is crooked. I wonder if the ring in the bow is from water sitting in it? Those marks are usually hard to clean out, especially if the porcelain is worn, or etched from acid cleaners.
I saw this toilet at mugals restaurant women's bathroom even men's but the men's bathroom got replaced by a glacier bay one piece but the 2 cadet 3s it's still in the women's bathroom
That logo is definitely crooked. Overall not a bad toilet, fairly decent actually (one of the UK toilet enthusiasts I also follow has managed to acquire one of these American Standard Cadet 3's from FB Marketplace here in the UK - they are certainly not common here, quite rare actually as ONLY the wealthy can afford to get them shipped to the UK - and it flushes like this one with the large back rim jets), I quite like it. Obviously the older Cadets are more superior but this early Cadet 3 is decent enough!

I really like the back/side flushing Cadet 3s, they would be better though with a taller flush valve and a flapper that drains the entire tank.

The older cadet 3 overall is not too bad because of the flush. But I don't like the newer version of the toilet.
