That tip about holding the base so he doesn’t feel the tangles is KEY! I still do that for myself and I’m a whole adult 🤣. He’s such a cutieee! And his curls are POPPIN 🥰
Of course! I would say first that routine is very important. Also when doing her hair maybe try distracting her. Start with very simple hairstyles and build your way up. Before she knows it, it’ll be like second nature but continue to do it until she gets used to it.
Is there any other styles that are simple and easy for a little boy? I do this style and I'll do some finger curls as well, just trying to see if there are any others I could try.
I did start plaiting my boys hair. My parts are crazy but the plaits held up for a decent mount of time. The next thing is finding a bonnet for his hair because everything slips off. Let me know if you know of something that may stay in his head.
Great video! What products do you use to get and keep his hair so moisturized?! Because my baby boy’s hair is EXTREMELY curly and dries VERY fast. Regardless of what products mom and I try. He has about as much hair as your baby boy. We’d have to have 2/3 detangling and moisturizing sessions for his hair to look like this all day.
My son attends daycare and I've also noticed the same thing. What I can tell you is to be very patient and apply your product precisely on the first day. Every day after that should be a touch up. Add in your water, cream and oil to refresh and retain the moisture.
What products are you using i can never seem to get my baby girls curls to hold moisture and stay looking good like your sons. Shes my first that was born with hair and its almost identical texture to your sons. My other two kids hair didnt come in until they got older. Vaseline just doesnt do the trick and i feel like liv is just too heavy for her hair she just turned one.
You can use young king hair on baby girls, I sometimes use it too! Auntie Jackie’s also has a kids line that’s not bad either. I use their curling and twisting custard.
Please help!! My daughter just turn 16 months and he absolutely hates getting her hair done. I’ve been thinking about just cutting it off because it gets tangled up and linty yet she rarely lets me combs it out even when she’s full and watching her tv show. I can’t even do it when she’s sleeps because she moves around while I’m doing it even then. I’m ready to just throw a summer hat on her and call it a day, but I don’t want her hair to get matted. What should I do? Maybe buy a detangler and a certain brush?
Hey Mama! First congratulations on your babygirl! Although I posted this video some months ago, I feel where you are coming from. My son is now 19 months and he’s become more aware of me doing his hair and he does not enjoy it either. 1. Try to use water to hydrate her hair 2. Use your fingers as much as you can before using a tool. 3. Knowing where her tender spots are is key. With my son I usually leave those spots for last. 4. Water and getting the product that you choose will be your best friend. 5. Lastly, my son has been getting a ton of fairy boys in his head.. and I have been cutting them off every time I see them and before applying any product. Contact me at bcorner019@gmail.com. I’d be glad yo continue this conversation with you. I hope this was helpful!
My 3 year old has never had a hair cut and I do his hair and he still screams and runs when I wash and do his hair. I try to be patient but it is so frustrating.
@@alexzandramiller9940 continue to be patient. Also take as many breaks as you need to. Lastly, stay consistent with wash days and he will become used to it. Maybe snacks, and entertainment?!
First and foremost, he is just a little king! He definitely asked to be set free lol, he looked up like "momma really?" lol. Great job, Mom! Amazing tips to pass along!
He was such a good big boy! Good job mama!
Thank you friend! And thanks for tuning in!

Oh wow! My mom said the same thing about us too!
This is awesome. I have a two year old and nothing is working. He sees the hair supplies and runs.
Try your best to distract him and be consistent. That's the only way that he'll get used to it!
That's my son as well
Hi, how are you? I have a two year old and she won’t even let you touch her hair even if you’re not brushing it. Do you have any tips for that?

Also try Carol's Daughter. Their hair milk is amazing. I use it on both my biracial babies.
Really fun to watch this video I wish you happiness always my permanent friend💋💋👍🔔
Thank you for watching!
I tried different techniques and he just want let me but his babysitter and his big cousin say he sit still for them. Why not me though ?
Watch what they do with him. Look to see the difference. Also ask them what they do.
