Personally for the price i think its over board for what is being offered like apart from the screening room and outdoor spaces ...naaaah!!thats just my perspective plus the accents look cheap too except for kitchen appliances that are a great brand

Any time you want to buy a property in Kenya 🇰🇪 or else where it's advisable you do valuation with a trusted firm. That way it's easy to know if the property is priced right and if not you negotiate to your desired price. With your own eyes 👀 it's really hard to value a property especially the way you just did just by watching the video yet you've not visited the site neither done valuation. Thank you

It is too squeezed, the office should have had more space, his & hers sink in the primary bedroom looks like an after thought. The finishes aren't of great quality. Looks like the developer was out to make a quick buck instead of utilizing the space wisely to create a masterpiece. For 75M I would rather get a townhouse
