Just look on ebay - there are some tips from other manufacturers much cheaper, same constuction and also in stainless steel! Just ordered one today for my CF625.
In europe the 800xc is called 850xc, same but different names. I got the mud edition with the programer. It's not fine tuned yet but still o big different
Original spark arrestor is really nice. This aftermarket is not even close as good. Probably best combo would be cut original tip off and stack this afetrmarket one on original. Would be loud pipe and large spark arrestor

I put the same tip on my 600,Made a world of difference ,When I put my 600 in four wheel drive and engage the differential it's really hard to turn.Does anyone have the same problem?

Not sure I'm happy with you glowing review for Whiskey Bent. After watching this video, I ordered one for my C1000. That was 2 weeks ago. And it looks like I'll have to wait another 4 days. Just a warning to your other viewers so they know what to expect.

No.. the stock ECU will sense the air flow increase and will adjust the fuel mixture .

The stock spark arrestor clogs easily.. just got to remember to take it out and clean it

No you need the Team MSC header pipe.. it eliminated the CAT which causes a TON of heat.

Randall for me it was worth every penny.. I love my 800 over the 600 touring. Much more throttle response and a lot more playfull for my riding
I dont think so i love my 600 touring and i got it up to 102 mph and is everything that you need in an atv, awesome in mud,water,sand,dirt etc
