Nah it just triggers one after the other. You get the same damage out of both the variants are just based on which one you used. So if you use the first variant next time you use it it’ll be the second variant. That’s what I’ve learned at least as I’ve still gotten the first variant on low health enemies AFTER using the second variant :)

You can also catch people with void steps if you immediately use it after Vanquish, its hard to do but easy after awhile

Another to do this you have to make sure you walk back a few steps before hitting Vanquish, then hit Void steps when their ragdolled.

Rot Villain is like Split Ice , Shigaraki has kind of weak base kit and strong ultimate when Todo is like the opposite of him. Aside from this thank for showcase and the video .

Those are timed. The ones he has are random. He CAN do a timed crit. But he does also random crit damage. If you saw in the changelogs, it mentions how they "lowered the chances"
