Not a fan of Peak Design or Bellroy products. You copied and used two thing of many I don't like about them. I hate the accordion design and I hate the strap attachment points. I prefer the 2 solid line stitching and the not so proprietary gatekeepers straps. I saw that on the new Metro and was instantly turned off. You had a great interior design and layout for your pouches and bags. Your layout maximized the space you could use. That accordion trash creates for a lot of useless space at the corners. I don't even want to get started on the new strap hardware.
please stop cheaping out on the back pocket and start giving them zippers. I never use the back compartment on my sling nano because its just an open compartment without a zipper
You guys are failing big time at Alpaka. I have sent you several messages concerning the scam going on using your name and products, and requested to speak to someone at your customer services level without any success. Is this the way you wish to be so well known? I don't think so, first of all, customer communication is a number one priority in any business. Very sad because your products are great and I started purchasing on a regular basis from your Amazon store.
