While everyone is entitled to there narrative with regard to who the actual shooter of 2pac. Some say Big Dre and Orlando. But, i believe that it was Keefe D as the driver, shooter, or both. Only the driver or one who sits behind the driver seat can make eye contact and have access to put there arm out the window. Keefe D specifically states " suge and i looked eyes. I saw the bullet go throw Suge head, i thought he was dead. I saw 2pac attempting to jump in the backseat and Suge pull 2pac jersey collar pulling him down or msybe as a shield ". How is Keefe D able to be so detailed from the passenger seat. As one who is driving and goes thru drive restutant is the only one able to make eye contact and see inside the window. Passenger doesnt have a good angle to do that. As well as Suge statements about the shooting " 2pac was trying to get inthe backseat and i pulled his jersey collar to pull him down, i was yeling him to get down". Although Suge wont testify its obvious that his story clearly aligns with Keefe D. So, yes without saying it " Suge places Keefe D in the car". You dont need Suge to testify as his words and public interviews can be admitted into evidence as well as others who jave spoke publicly, but of subpoena wont testify. You words on a public platform can be used to prove the prosecution case or prove the defense case. I dont know Suge and he isnt on my bucket list even if I had 82hrs to live. I believe nothing he says and he is a liar to me. I dont know Reggie either for the record and im not in some secret alliance with anyone as my opinion is my own and not persuasive by any. But, according to Suge " he asked Reggie for extra security and it didn't happen. Suge says Reggie stole from and did me wrong ". But, why didn't he fire Reggie immigration after the shooting or after Pac died. Why did Suge continue to employ Reggie and allow Reggie to visit weekly as well as help run Deathrow with or without Michele, meet execution, sign checks, be around his family, and pther things. Why did he continue to enploy Reggie is my conquestion. If felt someone was responsible for me being almost killed and the death of someone i say is like a brother to me. I would fire them immediately as they cant be trusted. But, Suge did none of that he kept dealing with Reggie throught 30 plus years.
