Non-medic here. Fabulous presentation. I have two home table top units (LED). I use them all over my body (but I don't overdo it; I know there is a sweet spot for usage). I read on PubMed somewhere about a study on mice, using photobiomodulation for stem cell stimulation, targeting the shins (pretty tiny target). To my untrained eye, human shins are a good target as they are long bones and very close to the skin surface. I lay my lighter (less heavy) unit on my prone shins and use both Red and NIR in pulse mode for 10 minutes, every other day. I also do the same thing on my chest, targeting my lungs. An excellent, reputable MD on RUclips is a big proponent of Red and NIR for Covid and other lung infections. But from this presentation, I learned about targeting the sternum for stem cell activation. Being a layman, I never thought of that but now I know that my lung treatment is also targeting my sternum.

One can also use it on the tibialis, studies show it increased stem cells from the bm 1000-1500% something. Wich is the highest increase of all supplements on planet earth
But they used like 800j, down to up the entire tibialis, on both legs. So massive dosing
Tought 200j in total was max. But it did indeed work. Was a conferance last year that put it on youtube, german doc I belive
