Nice timing! I just did cold-showers twice this week along with some breathing exercises from Wim Hoff and I felt rejuvenated. Of course, I screamed like a girl during the cold shower, but it was well worth it and my girly screams were entertaining for the family. Also, I vote for a crabbing vlog with Pudra in his element.

Hey Will, I dunno if I'm absolutely right about this but we normally do it this way: On the underside of the crab (the abdomen), lift up the pointed/ rounded flap (the flap which we use to determine the sexting of the crab) and then drive a chopstick or even better, a knife into the abdomen of it, this part is usually soft and the heart of the crab is actually right under it. After you do that the crab usually dies within a matter of minutes. Cheers and take care!

Try korean crab stew! Madali lang when you have crabs. It's traditional crab stew recipe here in korea. Procedure: 1. Wash the crabs then if u want to open its body or not is okay. 2. Put these seasoning: msg, salt, chili powder and grind garlic and spring onion. 3. Boil it for 15-20 mins then serve super easy but yummy!😃

This crab should cook steam only, and not boiling. Sometimes i steam it with sprite or seven-up. this will make the flesh salty and sweet.
Preference. Some people like it boiled. Some like it steamed.
