Up until now, I'd been farming Salvage, making 5mil per day and Its soul destroying (except for Netflix). So I tried your Dynamis farm on my unused 99 THF, in whatever gear I could put on it. My 1st try I came out with 6 stacks of currency. No other vids mention the trusts doing most the work for you and the difference they make is massive! I need to get me some move speed and some maccros set then ima have me an Aegis!! Thanx for the vid man :D
Another option for White proc is to gear up your Dancer and get items to put your around treasure hunter 3 or 4 and go in w/o a subjob and you will have your steps and flourishes every 5 and 20 seconds for more chances to get that white proc.
Stumbled across this in my recommendations and I'm honestly floored that anyone farming Dynamis could walk out with only 20-45 coins. Switched to FFXIV now, but when I was soloing Qufim as DNC/thf even back in ~2012, I was walking out with ~150 singles and 1-2 100s each run (was building Annihilator). I guess that must've been from, as you mentioned, high-iLevel weapons making Trusts murder everything too quick. Kinda ironic when powercreep and quality of life upgrades actually make something harder lol.
No more L's Yeah Duoing is really nice because you have someone to talk to while you farm. It also makes the farm more fun when the other person screams about a white proc or 100 drop from a dragon. It’s purely epic!
Hi! I liked, commented, and subscribed. What method do you recommend for jobs that don't proc efficiently OR sre you saying only THF? Maybe you could help us learn to proc for the various jobs on the back row. Thank you for the video.
Before I stopped playing, I was farming solo as my thf once the level cap was removed. But, they diddn't allow NPC inside yet. So this is nice change. I never got a weapon made cause it was still so tedious just to get the initial creation done :/
Furlow Torent you can do it! I used to feel like that at first but after learning the few things I explain in this video it became easier. The trust NPCs really make a big difference.
I’d just have a trust like Shikaree Z makes a good alternative to the dance trusts since the JA’s Jump and High Jump will proc as well. Any tank trust with provoke works well too. I think when I first started without dancers I had 2 tanks, Shikaree, a whm trust and a rdm trust like King of Hearts.
My preferred Dynamis currency farming method is spamming Ambu. Granted that's mostly the lazy factor. Geo + Netflix is better than actively working for things.
It's completely separate. Procs guarantee at least one piece of currency drops and increase the chance of more dropping. TH increases that factor significantly.
Nice. I stopped playing FFXI in 2009. The dynamis then and this are totally at different levels. I pulled and killed many players in my alliance when dynamis was first introduced to FFXI. LOL🤷♂🤷♂🤦♂🤦♂😂😂
kevin lambe the dragons are pretty random on procs. I actually haven’t figured that part out, however you’re looking more for the 100 piece drops for the dragons which don’t require a proc to drop a 100 piece.
1-4 currency per mob unless you do Dynamis-Tavnazia which can drop up to 5 currencies. Tavnazia is not worth it though as there are way fewer mobs to fight so there is a lot of downtime of waiting for the enemies to repop.
Idk, I followed your guide, didt have one of your NPCs and did both dunes and bubur and only can get 3-4 stacks only so you getting over 1k seems odd. Using Thf max JP and TH gear.
I’ll try to make a full run video so you can see my pathing maybe that will help. Give me some time though I have 3 videos lined up and only have two days a week that I can make them.
Mark Bozarth it also makes a difference if you go for the higher tier mobs. The least amount you should make is 5-6 stacks starting out. Maybe before I can make the video you can try doing the Mandy, scorpion, raven path while still defeating the dragons along the way. The Mandies I go after are at F-6 to H-6, Scorpions K-7 to K-8, and Ravens J-5 J-6 and K-6. The dragons I defeat along the way are Stihi, Alkha, and Altv.
@@RetiredGamers right makes sense, but I do the high teir mobs for sure, does not having mumor make a diff? I go Thf with no sub. And never white proc. Any ideas?
Mark Bozarth for sure I wouldn’t do white proc farming until you have all 3 trusts. I think you should be able to get Mumor sometime in the summer during the sunbreeze festival. She makes a huge difference. You can be guaranteed 5-6 stacks red proc farming for sure without dragon kills. So adding them in will be an added bonus.
kevin lambe Yes every 2 hours! You can make more than that if you’re extremely lucky. Sub jobs restricted in Buburimu is the best as far as I’ve been able to pull off.

kevin lambe no problem! 6 stacks is pretty good for your first time! You’ll just keep getting more as you get better at it!

Uncle Buck very true! My other nephew used to farm that way. It’s a great way to farm as well!

Thank you!! I just got back to the game and now I am Richer than I ever been!!
Great info, thanks a lot for the post!
Thanx for the info I left the game back in 2009 and came back in November 2019 and let’s just say playing catch-up isn’t my cup of tea.
Kurt Leonce Cool! I’m glad to give out any info I can to help out!
I remember my friend and I hit this spot hard in 2016, we had our relics in 2 and half months without buying currency

@@RetiredGamers I might, if I can successfully retrieve old account. If game went free, I'd defiantly jumped back on. LOL
Great guide! What trusts do you recommend for the unlocked method for a beginner? I don't have access to any of those trusts as I started 3 weeks ago.

Nice GEO is definitely a great farming tool for Ambu minus those couple that give detrimental effects for having bubbles, songs, and rolls on.
So are procs essentially increasing TH level? Or is it completely separate?
It's completely separate. Procs guarantee at least one piece of currency drops and increase the chance of more dropping. TH increases that factor significantly.
Respect to you for this I found the perfect way for 450/500 currency for city runs
The Mutt King! Wow how do you do it? Is it a specific camp or proc that you go for? That’s pretty good for city runs!

1 last Q. what time procs on the dragon?

Are you using windower/gearswap or just classic ingame macros? o.o
Visor Overwatch In game macros

Remember a stack of silk cost 100,000 Gil?
As usual, I'm unlucky. I usually go 1/20 to 1/30 on those dragons dropping 100's.
is 1150 per run, like 2 hours?

Zantrav Motovin I’m on the Cerberus server! What about you?
@@RetiredGamers I'm on Lakshmi! and dang I thought I saw your name on my server and just had to ask

Max Fyfe Chammie!!!
Is Ranger crap? lol
Visor Overwatch Ranger is whoever is playing it.
You're sub silly man why use sneak oil? >_>;
Use sneak oil for when sub jobs are locked for white proc farming. :)
set to at least 1.5 speed and thank me later... Man... Drugs are bad...
