Thanks for the comment. There are always pluses and minuses to every market. The good thing about now is you have some sellers that will negotiate more. That hasn't happened for a while, especially when rates were very low. Good luck!

I definitely need help on what to do. I have 4 SFH recently purchased (this year). Two properties (according to REDFIN) have gone up around $50K. How can I pull that money out to purchase more properties? I am trying to make the best decision possible to accumulate a few more properties. My goal is to quit my 9-5 as well.
I really love how you ask questions that most beginners would want to know. Ex. what's in it for lenders, strategies in this current market with high int rate etc. What are your thoughts on the Canadian market? I am in Canada and would love to apply similar strategies into this market. I wonder if you've analyzed the Canadian market before. Thanks!

I’m 28, and all I think about is my wasted 10 to 15 years of procrastination and misery. Gonna have to start late and finish rich.
