Tcs is good only if you are in a good project and your immediate supervisor is supportive. Otherwise it's like any other small company. After spending 9 to 10 years there , you will be only doing team management.
Job secure kaise hai? Practically bta sakte ho? Like covid jaise situation mein kaise.
Never seen such an unprofessional firm like TCS who are playing with people's life and career. Issues offer letters and informs that onboarding is delayed. Hr doesn't have any idea about the current status. The saddest thing is that nobody is raising this even in the media... Only join TCS if you have a backup offer never trust them..

I was a tcs_ er ...(thats what they call) for 7 long years . No onsite n negligible hike. In 21 they gave me a D and reduced my ctc..no other it co. Does that. In tcs u will have min growth and no decent onsite.Only if u want job security and remain in service till 50 yrs. you must hang on there.

Perfect time to join TCS is when you're very late in your career and not part of the upper management. So basically if you're sure that there is no growth and you don't have the courage/talent to move, TCS is the best place to retire.

Sir.. I am having almost 3yrs of experience in IT as UI developer. Now I have received offer from TCS BPS as Senior Process Associate to work in Angular Project. I have given resignation in current employer and now my company is ready to give me increment as much TCS has offered. And after this when i asked TCs to cancel my candidature, now they also agreed to give increment on the offer the have given. What shall i do? Too confused..

I have two offers - one is from PwC AC Kolkata IFS and another one is from TCS Kolkata. I have 9+ years of experience in Software Testing. Should I choose TCS or go for PwC AC Kolkata? PwC AC Kolkata is giving more Hike than TCS but their IFS unit is small.
Go for tcs, For PWC you will have to work 14 hours per day.
Hi sir, I recently got placed in TCS and I have been asked to give three stream preferences from a list comprising of JAVA, C++/UNIX/Oracle, Mainframes, .NET, Assurance, BIPM and Entsol. I have a cs background and love programming. My preferred programming language is Python. Which 3 streams would you suggest me to take up in order of preference?
I choose C++ and had my ILP in Guwahati. Even though I was from non CS background , it was the best career experience till now. We used to go to office on weekends to complete the assignment given. After training I was allocated in automotive domain where C++ was used. But I was assigned some support tasks and associates with Java training got the development task. So my advice will be what ever stram you choose, while getting the project clearly discuss with the manager what task you will perform. Stick to one, you will be an expert in that technology and domain, if location is not a concern. If you have location concern then check what types of project that location is getting.

Becoz u r looking for ur career as youtuber I appreciate u...but in real software jobs are very dynamic sometimes u get job easily in big giant company's where there is very less work but their reputation is not good related to work life...and in some gud compnay u sucks ur life due to bad manager or colleagues even they r reputated for gud things

I have almost same condition in case of deloitte in had EY(GDS) offer for work life balance wise and if you want to do higher studies TCS will be the greatest and most suitable organization in India cause all the Big 4 average working hours is 10 hours min not less than that and capgimini as a company as a brand lesser than TCS and capgimini projects are not at all good very less projects are good project after 4 years I think you need an organisation where you will get guidance , learning and work life balance cause salary wise already I think you got 100% hike cause you had 3 offers in hand
I have give interview for TCT on 5yrs experience. There was 1 hours call and had TR round followed by MR and HR round. HR round also done on same call. It has been 4 days, Will they give feedback weather selected or not ?

Recently I have given interview for 2.5 yrs experience Node js developer and i have cleared all the round as well. But the problem is I was doing job with my MCA(regular) and they are saying that they will not consider my experience with mca so the question is if I hide MCA and only show BCA because it is sufficient with these profile , will they caught and consider me defaulter in BGC check and i am not asking for tcs only please consider all the big MNCs.

You can take Leave without Pay(LWP) in TCS to pursue Higher studies. TCS has nice policies regarding Higher studies. After joining you can check with HR about your eligibility.
Its depends on your stream. But as per my exp. they will not provide any significant benefit if you do M.Tech. If you are planning to do M.Tech for other reason then I would say go for it. But After doing M.Tech if you planning to stay in TCS then that degree will be wasted.

my project manager told my client that he going to put me as a backup for the project but my client said they don't know what that is they cannot put me as a backup without working and when one member don't come this person can't do anything without knowing so my project manager told we make a new plan for the associate this is a deployment project bro but I got the virtual machine but all others in my team got introduction mail from my client for onboarding but i didn't got so will they remove me from this team of project or will they change me to different team which not work with this technology or is a support maybe what will happen?

Today I am also little bit confused and seeking for some help from you. I have total 12 years of experience in IT (age 35), I spend 5 years in one of the reputed MNC, now I am planning to move on and having two offers in hand tcs and ibm. Packages wise ibm provide me higher than tcs. Could you please advise which one is the better option for me for future stability prospective.
In TCS, you might get onsite but hike will be only 2-3% but in IBM, no onsite but hike will be more and both are manager's company
