I think I am now getting it,,, the pullback , the backswing as you call it, must be tight , torqued up , in order to execute or to uncoil the back.

With your Driver and possibly other clubs, you seem to have a very short delay at the top of your backswing before starting the downswing - is this deliberate ?

오늘 보니 레슨 동작이 가슴에 꽂히네요 이러한 동작의 레슨은 수도없이 봤는데 뭔가 특별하게 다가오네요 나만 그런지 몰라도 다른 레슨과 차별하게 되는 느낌이랄까요 아쉬움이 있다면 초반 동작 과 연속동작 한컷 정도만 짤라서 올리시면 무한 반복 시청하기 좋을거 같습니다 구독 누르고 갑니다

I wish you could teach me how to rotate like that. Looks easy but for some reason it’s hard. Even the pressure on the front side to start the downswing. Hard for me. So how do I work towards this?

you can see her pushing her right foot up to help the rotation to the left. not staying planted. thats whats helping. watch at around 3:50, that section of slowmo video is perfect to see full rotation working. even before the downswing, she is already rotating towards the target
