As it is mentioned on PBA website "Likewise, Financial Institutions that are not regulated by State Bank of Pakistan are not required to use the services of PBA enlisted Professional Valuers." In my city, there are not any PBA listed companies but some real state agents(not listed) have agreed to do it.
