nand erase и смартфон постоянно перезагружается?
1. Воткните кабель в смартфон и в ПК;
2. Нажмите боковую клавишу (кнопка питания) и нажмите кнопку громкости + (верхняя кнопка громкости) и не отжимайте пока не увидите Android Recovery;
3. Кнопками громкости вы будете перемещаться по меню, а боковой кнопкой (кнопкой питания) выбирать;
4. Вам нужно выбрать Wipe data/factory reset, в следующем меню выбрать Factory data reset;
5. После выбрать Wipe cahe partition, в следующем меню выбрать yes
6. После выбираете Reboot system now;
7. Смартфон будет долго загружаться, ничего страшного это нормально.
Если вы делали все правильно и ни чего не получилось, то вам лучше обратиться в официальный сервисный центр Samsung.
