hi i feel that damage out of burst (and even during burst) has significantly increased. nl has been way too reliant on needing burst to take down bosses even when the boss is left with less than ~5-10% hp. this is where nl gets further cucked in bosses with cutscenes when you need your burst just to deal that little amount of damage to phase. honestly after saviour, it still feels the same. in most cases, it doesnt feel rewarding to dpm out of burst as you can just (or need to) wait for your next burst to down the boss / phase. but the nerf after was pretty much needed imo as NL looks way too strong now compared to many other classes now (esp w atk spd 0 and kanna stone)
