My third time watching this, I now understand why your machine looks different than mine. Mine is a Speedylock 234DE. But it helped me anyway. I was saying bad things. I ran out of lower looper thread with only two inches left to serge. And then it took me two hours of threading, rethreading testing and swearing. I gave up and started looking at videos. I set up my serger in clear view of tv with RUclips and watched videos until I got it to work.
@@jenniefowler4968 I followed the diagram on how to thread the machine then when I try to weave or sew with it,it will come out rough, some of the threads will cut off from it's point. Am going crazy cos of this, please help me. Thanks
Also, would you consider redoing the video? While it’s so helpful the camera moved a lot and it made it more difficult to follow. Thank you so much just the same. 💚
Hi! Sorry but I made this for Tina, who bought this machine from me. I no longer have it, nor the child who filmed it and who is now at college. Good luck though!
Took me an hour to thread it correctly. I thread this every couple of years and I forget how to do it. My machine is slightly different. It’s 1800 model. I would love to see how to do pico on this server.
Question, for the 2nd thread after you put it in the hammer looking thing, do you put the tread in the same hole as the 1st thread? That was the only part I couldn't see and I cannot figure out because the picture shows something different. Thank you so much for the video
Hi Rebecka! No, just when you need/want to change thread colors. And you can tie off the new color onto the old pretty successfully most of the time too, especially if you snip close to the knot. That saves you having to completely re-thread if you’re lucky. Best wishes!
I’m not sure if anyone has told you how helpful this is, and I’ve left feedback before, but IT’S SOOO HELPFUL 😅, thanks so very much, AGAIN lol! 😆

Thanks for posting this I have always had issues with the lower looper. Your video really helped. I was 10 minutes from taking it to the shop😊.
i have this serger as a family hand me down and this video was a life saver 😭im planning on using it to help make my prom dress this year
I found one of these today for $40 still in the box with papers and still threaded I have to go back next week to pick it up
Thanks so very much for doing this for me. I’m sure with a lot of practice, I’ll get it.

I need this instructional, but could you possibly re-do this without all the camera movement? I got dizzy within the 1st minute :-(

Gracias a este video, pude ensartar mi máquina gracias gracias gracias!!!!!
could be good info, but the camera person needs to hold it more steady and show what you did in those threading parts.
Sorry for the movement - it was sort of a quick how-to for the person buying the machine and filmed by my daughter. :)
I'm already lost!:(:(
thank you or this video ..jjust got my used white speedylock serger though it came with manual

What if your spindle doesn't extend all the way up. I don't know what's blocking it.
Thanks for your help in advance.❤
What did you do to make it clockwise and not counter ?
Thank you
I couldn't see the video was dark when your hands weren'tmin the way
Very helpful, but the camera kept moving around that make it difficult to get a steady view.
why my serger doesn’t make stitches
Cómo ajustar la tensión de cada hilo
My upper thread keeps breaking as well as my needle thread 🤦

Your camera is moving so much I can't tell what you are doing and your head is in the way
hi did this serger have to be rewthreaded after every use

Your head is in the way during the part I needed to see
Need a better camera operator
I want to figure out why these exist I would say to do multiple tasks really fast and cut it off at the end
The camera! 😢
SI
Bad recording and your head is getting in the way
Terrible camera work
