These are both available on the #nhs and help prevent and treat VulvoVaginal Atrophy (VVA) or Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause (GSM)
Vulvovaginal atrophy (VVA) is a common and underreported condition associated with decreased estrogenization of the vaginal tissue. Symptoms include:
-dryness
-irritation
-soreness
-dyspareunia (painful sex)
-urinary frequency, urgency, and urge incontinence

The cost of Vagifem is ridiculous. I paid for my first prescription which was only like a 2 week supply and it was $6.25 per tablet insert after insurance. I cannot afford this😭

I know this is very late for you may need to call or message your doctor and ask for the generic form it should be cheaper
