Dude, I just can't. It's too close to anniversary. It is actually BS. I have 12 stones. I went all in on LR TEQ UI and never got him. I thought I was going to get to save stones for WW, but here we are. Cell Max being Extreme STR makes him a "must" for a lot of people. He is SO good(I have him on JP, but I'm a Global main). It's so frustrating having these mega hype characters between two of the largest celebrations of the year for Global.
