Zbrush's "Movie" menu lets you create these, as long as your Undo History is present. I made a video about it here:

@@SoulStoneSeeker I am not aware of anything similar in Blender unfortunately. I can only think of making a timelapse recording with OBS or a similar screen capturing software.
