It would be so dope and in the anime it's the actual ending like it's not the simulation like it's the actual canonical ending of what actually happened and the whole entire time you're assuming that it's just assimilation when instead this time the AI has been released on the world and is actually doing all of it
It's impossible to adapt. It's a story best told in Video game format with multiple choices and endings, trying to copy it to a linear format will ruin it. It's not nier
I think a big budget remake would be awesome. Hopefully the original quality anime cutscenes are archived somewhere.

Things that just noticed after watching this high-definition version of the intro that I completely ignored for the past few years. The R-103 is being rail-launched (main landing gear tires are placed on top of something that look like pusher shuttles), and UPEO aircraft carriers (in the trailer only) seems to be based on Kuznetsov-class Ships (while in the game they share the same design as GR carriers, which are based on Nimitz-class carriers only changing logo and number id).
Now, things that were obvious but different from the game are, GR Cargo ships in the trailer got 5 engines and look slightly different to the featured C-17B. Also, those cargo ships uses split-scimitar winglets, compared to the game notorious Blended winglets. And Mr. Clarkson hopes off from an aircraft which isn't colored like the usual UPEO transport ships.
Oh man, I really wish AC3 was made into an anime. There are simply many of details.
Don't forget Cynthia and Dision being the only characters highlighted in photo negative, implying...

Also, about the Su-75 and F-35 Lightning II will replace the F-32C Erne, as well as possible replace the fictional design of Su-37 Super Flanker with Su-35S and Su-30SM.

@@stickman3214 the murder of the pink-haired woman, Yoko, led the goofy scientist Simon to create the fighter pilot AI NEMO with the explicit purpose of erasing the AI copy of Dision, the man Simon thought responsible for Yoko's death (Dision was murdered alongside Yoko by the same people hired to kill her, but not before Yoko had replicated his psyche - "sublimated" him- as an AI and uploaded it to the electrosphere)
NEMO... is the playable protagonist of this game, and always kills a simulated AI Dision regardless of which of the 5 routes it takes in Simon's "Delete-Dision-at-all-costs" simulation. Simon deemed the simulation a success and released NEMO into Strangereal 2040 proper to kill the real AI Dision
I remember being like 12 and trying to play this in Japanese. I had no clue but I watched this very cutscene so many times and even tho I never made it past mission 3 or 4 this game still is one of the best memories lol
Mee too. I was trying to firure it out romance relationships from reactions. Good old times with lots of spare time.
The japanese version branched. I remember there is a snag after a certain mission. The key is to choose the allegiance (by maneuvering your plane) on a certain mission. I only complete General Resource, Dision's Ouroboros, and by luck some Neucom because of the bad CD (my second CD busted).
I managed to clear the game as a 8-year old. Then I focused on improving my rating.
Tunnel Vision still haunts me to this day. AC7 tunnel run brought back those feelings.
AC2/AH:L is more clenching, particularly with Legacy's Challenge mode to not only destroy the rocket in the silo, but exit through the same tunnel I entered, having to 180 out of dodge and get greeted by FALKENs firing lasers with a vengeance.

It is definitely one of top lists for trying something never before and still is the most unique out of every Ace combat in my opinion. The parts where you decide that affects the story and characters and all the endings connect with each other. Even though l prefer the one with Cynthia(Self awareness), the true ending is not a hassle to chase after unlike most games that have a true ending that requires all endings.
The saddest thing is, we never see anything quite like it. Unless the devs actually follow AC3 and make it more deep in the story part.
Would be funny if the AI Nemo was inserted on an Android
I love the fact that the main characters of each faction is shown and this intro has a lot of teasing and it also keeps the fourth faction secret
I bought a controller just to emulate this game. It was worth it.
Please Bandai Namco, A Remake of ACE 3 will satisfy all the fans.

I think the biggest problem is the copyright.
IIRC Production I.G. (The company that made the anime cutscenes) kept the rights to those scenes, and they couldn't distribute them in the west. That's why the export version is so heavily cut down.
Also something to do with the designs of the fictional aircrafts, but I may be misremembering...

Ace Combat 3 and G-Police, the two games with the best story ever on PS1, these 2 can be made into an anime or series so easily, so rich they are.
And on a related note, this game's Y2K aesthetic needs to seriously make a comeback.

The Newcom's R Aircraft series have the potential to have a varitech variant.
The music, the intro in 10 seconds(pure bliss), the hints(which you will know in retrospect) and the most provoking of interest out of every intro in AC series for me. And it is minimal too, as most things should be. Funny thing is, Nemo is nowhere to be found, l wonder why(wink wink)

Actually AC3 takes place in the future of 2040, while AC7 takes place in 2019
electrosphere took place 20+ years in the future from skies unknow, yeah Ace combat lore is confusing
the r103 doesnt even exist as of ac7, ac3 is set in 2040

I'm hoping it is. We've already explored Strangereal leading up to the Intercorporate Wars, with 7 being only 20 years (I believe) before that (7 takes place in 2020, 3 in 2040) so we could possibly be in a conflict/era just before the Intercorporate Wars, say, 2030 or such.
In Intercorporate Wars, about the fate of the Erusean/Osean Space Elevator in the Remake.
Ace Combat X takes place in 2021, so it's past already.
BTW, Yeager from AC7 is Erick Yeager's father, so that game is already directly connected to AC3.
While we don't see it happen, EASA, the creator of the Wyvern, gets sold in late 2020, and this was written in stone years ago, now we can deduce it was because of the lighthouse war, it's assets, along with others from around the continent, conglomerates to form Neucom.
So, by 2022, we already have both GR and Neucom, as GR has made an appearance on AC7 too.
