This is really really impressive considering there’s no “official” tab for this, I guess just rewatching the dvd million times, and trust me I’ve seen the illusion DVD’s plenty of times to say this is as accurate as it gets! You really have the “patience” to cover this ! Amazing job!

This was literally the reason I wanted to learn guitar (and did) when I was a kid. I got the Tokyo VHS for Christmas and wanted to play like Slash and Gilby. Great work!

That's actually the version that got me kicked on that song. Especially the organ part in the second half. Now it's easily on my top 3 list of GN'R songs.
I was gonna say the one with Miles Kennedy in Stroke is my favorite version , but remembering the Tokyo one i was like yeah for sure the Tokyo one is better.

I get it everyone is entitled to their own opinion on this site , but fr this guy just spent what I would assume to be weeks practicing this with little to no tablature and I think he deserves a bit more recognition for that . used to own this guitar and just hearing the tone made me happy. My ex-wife sold it at a garage sale as revenge. She never told me how much she got but probably not enough. I also had a couple thousand dollars in vintage star wars toys still in the box in the gutar case.
