Phoebe wouldn't compliment Steffy's behavior since the moment she started scheming with Bill to tear Lope up. She woudn't compliment Steffy sleeping with Bill. She was the only Tridge kid that never schemed to break up Brooke and Ridge and the only of the 3 that remembered the times when Taylor was gone and Brooke took care of them. Steffy and Thomas claimed that they love Brooke so much and wanted her with Ridge, but the day Taylor came back they were like "Brooke who?"...
