When talent consistently leaves the country of birth, it creates a persistent drag on the home country’s economy and blights its growth - a phenomenon recognized as brain drain. What are the reasons behind citizens leaving their countries? And what is Government's role in preventing it, or even reversing it? This video showcases some successful examples from across the world.

some people is ready to fight for their motherland but there are people that doesnt want to risk thier lives and I totally okay with them (they just dont wanna die or jailed)
@ I was like you too buddy for the first 22 years of my life before joining the workforce in India and guess what , the work culture here is beyond pathetic and even if you try to help your nation ,well your chances of succeeding is low due to dirty politics . Even the western nations suck when it comes to corruption but in comparison to third world countries , they provide a better enviornment to grow and thrive .

Brain Drain is a very bad thing for countries that are losing their personalities, for example Arnold Schwarzenegger is born at Austria he left his country and become a famous actor and influential politician, but Austria lost a good actor, politician and body builder. Because at that time all his fields were not developed and the opportunities were low. A another example Albert Einstein a famous scientist, he was born at Germany and he went to America and became the world famous scientist with this theory of relativity, greatly benefited the U.S. However Germany lost a brillant scientist and a potential influence. Einstein again demonstrates how brain drain affects a nation capacity for innovation and scientific advancement. The departure of influential figures like Schwarzenegger or Albert Einstein limits the chances for development and innovation in their country of origin. And after we see the inequalities between the nation who drain and gain brain.
Hello sir, the Brain drain is not only negative you know is also positive effect. The examples of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Albert Einstein are proof of this. Albert Einstein went to America because of n@zi persecution for able continue his scientific research. His discoveries, which revolutionized modern physics, benefited the entire world and not only for America. And for Arnold Schwarzenegger he leaves Austria not to be a famous or not only became a global cinema icon but also contributed to American politics as the 38th governor of California. And when he was successful he highlighted Austria because he work hard to be successful. Albert Einstein and Arnold Schwarzenegger is the perfect example that personalities even if they leave their countries of origin and go to the United States, they are not only there for opportunities but for global advances show the 2 example. Yes the Brain drain have negative point but he have also great qualities.

Also in math there is still alot of problems unsolved out there, we solved alot but we still have a lot to find a solution to, like governments they solved alot but still have problems yet to be solved.
