Luštica Bay’s spectacular grand opening

On Friday 17 August, our emerging, new resort town of Luštica Bay had an unforgettable event. It was our Grand Opening ceremony - a monumental milestone, a multimedia audio-visual spectacle and an evening of pure celebration. The evening brought 1,600 guests and residents together to celebrate the official opening of Luštica Bay as a fully operational destination and new Adriatic coastal town. This included the inauguration of its first neighbourhood, the Marina Village set around a state-of-the-art marina, and our first hotel, The Chedi Luštica Bay.
The extravaganza was held on the promenade of the newly finished Marina Village, in front of the five-star The Chedi Hotel. A huge multimedia stage rose above shimmering waters, while the surrounding buildings of the Marina Village were lit up by a spectacular and colourful light show. The evening celebrated the Montenegrin and international outlook of Luštica Bay, with musical and dance performances from around the country and the world.
